Privacy Notice

This notice explains what Square One, operated by Py50, collects about you, why, and how to ask for it to be deleted. It's written to meet the obligations of Nigeria's Data Protection Act (NDPA).

What we collect

To get you online and run the dashboard, we collect: an identity number, your email address, your device's MAC address, session times (when you connect and disconnect), and your dashboard activity (streaks, credits, and vibe check-ins).

Why we collect it

Identity details and MAC address authenticate your device on the network and keep it secure. Session times let us manage network capacity and troubleshoot access issues. Dashboard activity powers the features you use directly: your streak, your balance, your rewards.

How long we keep it

Session and connection records are kept only as long as needed for network security and troubleshooting, then deleted. Dashboard activity (credits, streaks) is kept for as long as your account is active.

Analytics are aggregate & anonymized

Where we look at usage patterns across the network or dashboard, to understand busy times or improve features, we use aggregate, anonymized data. We do not build individual behavioral profiles from this analysis.

Opt-in features

Any feature that displays your activity publicly (such as a community activity wall) is opt-in. It's off by default, and you can turn it off at any time.

Your right to deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We'll act on the request within a reasonable timeframe, except where we're required to retain limited records by law.
